Held at the Brentwood Presbyterian Church, 3725 Brownsville Road.
Reservations are required for the luncheon and are open to members and guest(s).
Letters typically go out about a month before the event for reservations.
Contest - "Novelty Radios"
Do you have a radio with a famous cartoon character on it?
How about one shaped like something typically not a radio like a lamp or ashtray or a microphone?
How about one from a world fair that has unique styling or markings.
Please bring your radio to display at our contest.

THIS WILL BE A RADIO CLINIC
Bring a radio that is in need of attention and PARS members will attempt to diagnose and make minor repairs. Invite a friend with some interest in radios to bring their radio and introduce them to this hobby and PARS.

This will be our Fall Donation and Consignment Auction.
Rules for the contest Auction are basically the same as for the Tri State Radio Fest.
Please review the TSRF page for details.
To be part of the auction one must donate an item for the auction.
Alternatively pay $5 if no donation item.
Nonmembers must also pay $5 to participate.
Note membership dues are only $10

Do you have a radio that was part of a business such as a restaurant or hotel?
Did you have to slip in a coin to get it working?
Some of these had pillow speakers and were attached to the bed.

Do you have a "Chair-Side" radio that doubled as a living room end table?

Do you have an old crystal radio from the 20's?
How about one of those pocket styles that look like a rocket.
Did you make your own from a kit or parts you scrounged up.

Contest - "Radio Twins"
Do you have two radios that share some common DNA?
Do they have the same chassis or the same cabinet?
Were they name branded by one company for another?
For example Belmont made some push button Bakelite radios under there name and Airline, Delco or Colonial.

Bring in that item that few if any have seen.
The more rare, unique or unusual the better!
Come join us December 4th at our Brentwood meeting location for a catered Holiday Luncheon!

The dinner will be run as in recent years with your choice of beef or chicken for a price of $14.50 per person.

Contest Theme - Battery Sets from the 1920s
